Each player has a Coaching Level. This level is an identifier
to allow us and other players to gauge the player’s overall
experience and talent in game. Players begin with a Coach Level
of 1 and caps at 40. Coach Level determines what items players
can use and factors into the Matchmaking system.
As a player participates in scenarios, the player will gain
Coaching Experience. The Coaching Experience gained is based on
a formula that calculates player performance, match duration, Game
Type, and match outcome. Players that win more often or use their
characters effectively will gain experience faster than those who don’t.
At certain levels, players will receive additional rewards, such
as Trophies, Titles, Basic Currency, and Gear.
Coach Level determines what Badges can be purchased and equipped. The higher a
player's Coach Level, the more Workout slots will be opened up with each
Training Routine, allowing them to improve their champion to a greater degree.
As they play, players earn about 4000 Experience
per hour (or about 666 each game). This means that for a player to reach the
level cap, he must play the game for around 195 hours. Lighter users will likely
play two matches each day, equating about 30 minutes; heavy users will likely
play about eight matches a day, equating about 2 hours.
Using this formula, players will be able level up
at a fairly fast and constant pace. At level 1, the experience needed to level
is 1000; this means that players will achieve level 2 after two or three games.
At level 20, the experience needed to level is 20,000; this means that player
will achieve level 21 after roughly twenty-five games.
Experience Per Match:
Players earn experience each match based on
Each map generates 40 Exp per minute of play
(only rewarded at the end of the match).
If the player’s team wins, they receive a bonus to
experience. This bonus is a multiplier of 1.5 to the Match Duration experience
Players can earn up to 60 additional experience
based on their scoreboard stats. This value is determine by their ratio of
Knockout Blows/ Assists (total Knockout score is equal to their Assists and
Knockout Blows) to their Defeats. Determine their Ratio and provide the bonuses
based on the ratio:
Knockouts to Defeats
2:1 or more – MVP of Game bonus: 60 Exp
1.5:1 or greater – Good Game Bonus: 40 Exp
1:1 or greater – Competitive Bonus: 20 Exp
Less than 1:1 – No bonus
Bonuses and Purchases: Players will receive
bonuses to their experience earned each map by purchasing Experience Boosts from
the in game shop.
